I have a very urgent document that needed to get delivered from pune to delhi on 16th of sept. However, the consignment is still sitting in some office of yours while the portal says 'out for delivery'. While calling your delivery person on 16th evening (6 pm) he replied that it is too late and he wont deliver it till monday. I was made to call so many numbers to get this info as your delhi team keep diverting us from one number to another. Tell me what's the use of taking express service if you are not gonna fulfill your promise? Due to the negligence and inability of your pathetic team i am bound to loose 2 lakh rupees. I would like to stress that the consignment is to be delivered at the earliest. If due to your gross negligence, i loose my money then i will be taking legal action against your company. The letter is posted from hazaribag, jharkhand on dated 31/08/17 .The letter is booked for Ranchi .the number of posting is U991B0274169 .Still letter is not reached at Ranchi. so plz care for it .it's very urgent
