First Flight Couriers — unethical behaviour and not delivered

Dear sir,
This is to inform you that today when i was out of home then one of your courier man came at my home and called me for receiving courier then i said him to kindly deliver on second floor because we are living here in lucknow on rent at second floor in indira nagar sector 14, but the courier man denied in a very badly manner and said that i can’t deliver on second floor. At my home i had two little babies so my wife can’t move down then only i requested him to kindly deliver on second floor. So in this condition what should i do?
