Dear First Flight
1. I Sanad Patil suppose to receive my MBA degree certificate and all other documents from SMUDE University Udipi through First Flight Courier services with following details:
FIRST FLIGHT on 07.01.2019 with consignment number – F[protected] to the below address.
PATIL SANAD RAMGOUNDA
D-24/5, D-SECTOR
GATE NO-1, DOLPHIN HILLS
VISHAKHAPATTANAM – 530005
ANDRA PRADESH
2. It is to intimate that my address is correct and understand that the First Flight courier services are not extending their services to my address. After tracking my consignment I found that the consignment has reached vizag on 11 Jan 18 and lying in the office however, the courier service centre did not give call to me to pick up my stuffs. I tried to reach the courier services executives however did not get the satisfactory response from them even though I told them that I would pick up my stuff from their office. Till 23 Jan I did not able to trace out my consignment location. After getting new contact number I had spoken to the courier centre and surprised to know that they have returned the consignment to the University. I really feel sad and disgusted to experience such unprofessional approach of First Flight Courier Services at Vizag(AP). I would like to bring out two main concerns of mine firstly, if the courier services are not extended to the given address then why didn't they call up the concern receiver to pick up his stuff from the office. Secondly, even after speaking to the courier centre about the issue and informed them that I would pick up the consignment why the courier centre returned the consignment back to the origin.
3. This is very sad and unprofessional approach of FF and should get noticed to the higher authorities and take appropriate action against Vizag Centre. I would sincerely request FF to look into this matter and give me the return reply in this regards. Was this information helpful? |
