[Resolved]  First Flight Couriers — Using my product and not able to deliver my product

Hi, I had ordered a product in amazon last month and it got dispatched Sep 30th 2014by first fight but still you people are not able to deliver this product till today (09.10.2014) I have raised a compliant three days before till today there is no call and there is no proper response. If I called up their customer Service people also not responding properly and First flight company mangers are behaving as if they are prime minister of this country and I should not speak to directly then came to know that They are using my product last ten days because of that they are not delivering it Please take a serious action against this company My compliant number - 241790 Consignment No - J[protected] Regards, Prasad
