First they will put ad on naukri, indeed .etc. and when you will call them up, you will be asked to pay 100 rs as form fee.

Once you paid 100 rs then you will be asked to pay 1500 for interviews.

Please dont make any payment because no genuine placement agency ask to pay any amount for placement. and if so then its fraud service.
