Fiserv Icici Merchant Services — Settlement not done towards the merchant

Our merchant ID with ICICI Fiserv is 97015527.
We have struggled getting the merchant settlements by their credit risk team that were made on 27th August 2021. They requested for supporting documents to release the hold amount and the same were shared on 28th August 2021. After that every day there were repeated emails sent to the customer care, escalation team, nodal team but no satisfactory response. They pass the buck on stating it is Amex who has to clear the authorization but when we checked with the card holder the charges were already processed from their account on 28th August.
ICICI Fiserv charged 3% merchant charges + GST which is not justified and the same should be reversed back to us in full for all 4 transactions they held for no reason and no sufficient follow up if it is us to follow up with Amex.
They have shown hopeless response and they stopped responding to emails. The contact numbers for escalation team, 3 numbers provided on their website are only ringing and no response to emails either.
