Status of my earlier complaint is changed to resolved without any resolution from company and herewith resubmitting my complaint

I am submitting my complaint against wow skin science, bangalore (Fit and glow healthcare pvt ltd #210, palms square, 2nd floor, brigade road, opposite to brigade tower, bangalore, karnataka 560025 - india) for not honoring their commitment which is displayed online and as per the scheme, i have bought two wow omega capsules. Incident took place on 14th august, 2020 when i have seen their discount offer of buy 2 get four for omega 3 capsules and it is specifically given on their portal. As such i bought two units of omega 3 capsules and immediately made online payment of rs. 1, 649.00 since this scheme is applicable only for prepaid orders. My order confirmed vide order number778822.

When i got delivery of above ordered product, i received only two units instead of their offer of four units. Immediately i sent emails to their helpdesk stating the difference of quantity delivered units since i thought that this is a mistake on their part. Since then i continuously following up for remaining delivery of 2 units but no reply received till date. I have sent at least 10 reminders within a span of 8 days and no response from their side.

This discounted products of wow selling every time with offer. Even today there is buy 2 and get 3 (Copy of their offer attached) and on 14.08.2020 when i have seen the offer of buy two and get four, i have ordered. I have contacted their office to send their courier to collect back delivered item for which also i have not received reply nor any person came for collecting.

This wow skin science is making public fools by offering fake discounts and cheating by not honoring their commitments of discounts and by seeing these offer, public is purchasing their products.

In such a situation, i would like to interfere your good office in this case to get refund of rs. 1, 649/- paid by me after their fake discount offer. Two months’ back i had purchased one unit of same product from amazon for rs. 499/-. Now i have been cheated by this wow skin science (Fit and glow healthcare pvt ltd) by taking more than double amount for one unit i. E. Rs. 850/- for single unit.

Herewith i am attaching two email copies and will submit the same remaining proof as and when required . Also print screen attached herewith from confirmation of FREEDOM SALE order confirmation from WOW SCIENCE received
