Fitness First Gym — Refund of money and cancellation of membership

I purchased a gym membership at fitness first, mall of India, noida for 15000. But I had to relocate to Pune due to urgency at home. Hence i could not attend the gym services at noida.

I tried calling[protected]and mailing(mallofindia.[protected]@cultfit.in) their desk to discuss my concern and cancel my membership and get the refund back, as i do not have any source of income also. but the team denies to refund the amount. br...

Fitness First Gym — Gym closed and staff absconded

The gym opened again in january and many people like me took full year membership for 13000 and they closed in March again.

Now no one is responding from their side, The phone numbers are not working and the gym is abandoned, it is a clear case of fraud that they have done and should be brought to justice

The owner of the gym MR. vikram is also missing and not reachable...

Fitness First Gym — Refund of The amount

I had opted for the PT session at Gold's Gym new bel which remained unavailed.

I would like to have the amount refunded as the PT session was not fact facilitated to me.

I have opted for PT thrice here and none of my experience counted worthy as no diet plan was ever provided to me or BMI or weight management checks were facilated.

And I am pretty sure I do not even have a PT session card maintained.br...
