Dear sir,

My name is Mriganka pal... I purchased a new laptop (brand--hp) and I faced heating issue, colling fan issue on it.. so I placed a replacement request in flipkart.. technician visit from hp is completed yesterday.. and he approved my issue for replacement, he send me a DOA latter... so please approve and order new laptop..
