I received a fake product yesterday. Order #1374123. I paid rs.399 COD.Ekart logistics tracking id:FIXC[protected]

I have taken a subscription for 3 magazines from manorama publication..i have repeated asked them about the expected delivery...but there is no intimation or response from their side...after reading these reviews I think I have committed a mistake by taking their subscription.. I want my money back.

I brought 2 shirts from Voonik online where the display pic of the shirt is totally different from what i have received, also the shirt size is too small and they say its 40 size. I requested for exchange of the same for 42 size, but they rejected for return. In the same how many customers got afftected by voonik it seems. This how Vooni online company cheating people without keeping promising. I can't use those, i wasted my money on this Voonik cheater.

Five Online Solutions (www.fiveonline.in), a website making company in Dadar promised to do our website in 6 weeks and it wasn't even done in 1 year. Finally we took away all the source files and given it to other vendor to complete the task. Nayan is good for nothing and it's because of his incompetent team of Mrs. Singh, another stupid designer by name of Krish who only kept promising us that the project will get completed and never really happened. There were thousands of coding and scripting errors in the website so much that our new vendor got the biggest nightmare of his life fixing it. We spent over a lakh rupees behind these jerks but in the event incurred massive losses.

The worst part is that Nayan Khandor the owner of the company is such a rude and arrogant person. Top of it he seems to be completely off track of what his employees are doing each day. If we tell anything about his incompetent team, he argues as if it's our fault. Honestly speaking it's nasty to work with them. They seem to have spent a lot of money in promoting themselves on SEO self proclaiming themselves as a No. 1 company in website development but the truth is that they don't know head and tail of website development. They are just .

So the final bottom line is if you are planning to set up a new business or get a website for your existing company, don't consider these jerks as your vendor. You will only be banging your head for one year with no output and your money will be all wasted. Beware of Five Online. They are totally incompetent and must shut down.

I approach them to make my website. I told them precisely i needed website urgently as I have to market my company. Azam promised me it will be done. I paid Rs17500 as 50% down payment. Till now I had followed with them 100 times, always i need to follow, but everytime they are saying its going to finish. I had given them on 2nd aug 2011 and as per their commitment in written, it must complete by 28th sep but till date no answer.

Nayan his owner then blame me stating its not their fault.

I request you help me to get my money refund.
