Five Star Chicken India — Outlet servicing and charging for spoilt food

Today I bought two fried chicken pieces from Five star chicken; Devarachikkanahalli, Bangalore outlet; which was the worst chicken I ever had🤮😡. Spoiled chicken with little flesh; 75% of it was batter. That too was burnt.

I ordered hungry bird burger, I got a 5 rupee bun...when I asked the same, the shopkeeper said we do not have burger... I asked you should have told the same..and when I said I will complaint, he scolded me and said do whatever you do...this outlet is near sgr dental college, marathahalli Bangalore...worst people...worst service...

Worst experience in mariyappanpalya bangalore 5 star chicken... they are selling old chicken... if we informed them also... but they are irresponsible.. giving silly reason...

Im writing this email with full furestration and hungry... That I was dam hungry and found the blood stain and bloods in the chicken breast peace...

This incident happened in the outlet near rajagopalnagara at 9:05.

Even I have attached the images showing the blood stains and the invoice copy. For your action...

I'm being a very regular customers I feel really embarrassing to see such things... And I told the store manager re this... They said to paid for that and I have to check with the customers care for any refund or compensate.
