Flashcash — I paid the loan now the app didn't update

I paid the loan using the link sent by them. I paid using it. Now they are mailing that repay the amount today or I will face more legal consequences. I paid the loan and I have proof. They are not replying for my mail. I mailed many times. They senting messages to pay the amount with in 11.30pm today.
I paid yesturday. Also the app didn't shows any update
