Flashcash — not responding to mails since oct 27 and I want my profile deleted from flashcash

I applied for loan on oct 27 and it is under audit since that time. In spite o[censored]mpteen mails, they are not responding and their phone no is not working during working hours. For repayment, they torture me with whole lot of calls and emails but when I applied, there is no courtesy to explain me what went wrong, so I do not want to be associated with them anymore. Pls help me in deleting my profile from flashcash as I uploaded pan and aadhar asap.

I have applied loan on 29 oct and they are still show that they are reviewing my profile i was repaid there loan amount now they are only showing that they are reviewing and 5 times they were showing that are transferring my amount but i still don’t get my money they are really pathetic compare to other apps
