Full payment done, still not delivered to me.

Is there anyone in Flipkart company who really really take care of customer concern.
From few days I am calling to flipkart for my order, but they don't have specific answer to me. Really very shameful for Flipkart. Why U tie up with such type of supplier those don't have values of commitment ?
