I ordere a thing from myntra a I did not receive it only worst company ever shut you brand lode ho tum log salo 4 bar delivery attempt dikha tha hai myntra pe jabki ak bar bhi call nahi aaya delver partner se SHUT YOU COMPANY.

I purchased a Tommy Hilfiger Watch from Myntra. Instead of watch they sent me a face wash. I complained them regarding the same and told them to replace the product and send me the original product. But they could not solve the issue. Later on I asked for complete refund and issue is still under process and with the way they are behaving, high chance of not getting resolving the issue in a timely manner. I had placed two orders, one crocs (Order ID # 1279256 [protected]) order have been shipped and have also reached the nearest courier branch as informed by tracking but today I checked that my crocs have been canceled where as from my side There was no request for cancellation by my side and neither did I get any call.
When I talked to myntra customer executive, he told that crocs have been canceled by the seller.

I have ordered a watch from myntra from seller Flashtech Retail, and got a fake watch, i have raised a complaint with myntra and also i have read so many negative reviews about this seller after this....

I had been waiting for 3 days for shipment to arrive, it did arrive at my nearest ekart hub and then got cancelled! I want to know the legit reason of cancellation or I'm going to the consumer court....

Ordered crocs grey clogs with cut outs from Myntra on 9 th December 2022, got delivered a fake product made in india. For confirming genuinity of the product, i contacted cros website, the confirmed that they have no manufacturing units in india at present. Hence the product I got is 100% fake, not original. I tried exchange, to get original product, but exchange of the same size was not approved. hence requested a size lower..and waiting...

I have ordered relame 9 pro mobile from the flipkart in diwali festival season. I got the phone in which the mobile charger is not working and I requested for replacement, first the seller (flashtech retail) rejected my replacement and then after raising complaint they accepted for the replacement and they have sent me the other item which is very cheap model, and they have not mentioned the OBD which the delivery person didn't opened and verify before delivery.So please refund my money and please make sure of not happening these kind of issues

Here am writing this. I order one realme 9 pro 5g.from flipkart on 20 july 2022 .I paid for it and after deduction it take 2 day for order confirmation. Then after that they will not able to deliver the product on timeline date. Even till now it's not shipped. What should I do now

I order a product realme 9 pro on 4march2022 but till today i didnt resive it but got a fake delivery confirmation on 8 march2022.
I rise my complaint 50-60 times in Flipkart but all are resolved automatically.

This supplier has really bad ratings, Flipkart or this retail are one and only and don't bother to ship orders on time or delivery on time, you really have to go through a lot of pain then you have to cancel the order to get refund in 14 days, so please don't order from Flipkart they are literally using our money for 1 months + for their own hidden purposes.

It has been 10 days I have ordered my phone but didn't get it please refund my money, 20000 as compensation .

Since 18th October 2021, I have been trying to order the Vivo X60, Midnight Black from Flipkart, with a buyback guarantee offer I have been given by flipkart for my current device Vivo V20 I bought 11-ish months ago. The seller concerned is Flashtech Retail.

Try 1 : (order ID OD[protected] Ordered on 18th October, they cited delay in shipping next day. 1st promised date of order was 20th October, which got postponed to 23rd October. Even after the 20th the order wasn't shipped. Nothing happened on 23rd as well, and finally on 24th October the seller cancelled my order themselves. Note that my order NEVER GOT SHIPPED.

Try 2 : (order ID OD[protected] Ordered the same device on 24th October, promised date was 25th October but shipping got delayed again. I contacted flipkart support, they cited an issue from the seller side and refused to explain any further. I cancelled the order myself on 25th October.

Now for try 3, I ordered two copies. One, the Vivo X60 Midnight Black with the Buyback Guarantee (order ID OD[protected] and the other : the same device without the buyback guarantee (order ID OD[protected]. Both devices were ordered at the same time : 25th October 2021, 11:25pm.

At morning next day (that is today), I see that :
The order of Vivo X60 WITHOUT the Buyback Guarantee has been SHIPPED! Wow, which means that they actually have no problems with shipping at all!
And guess what, the order of Vivo X60 WITH the Buyback Guarantee HAS BEEN DELAYED AGAIN!!
Just unbelievable stuff right here.
Two essentially same orders (minus the Buyback Guarantee that I want to avail) are getting different treatment? The order in which I want to avail the Buyback Guarantee has been delayed THRICE over these 8 days, and the order WITHOUT Buyback Guarantee is able to get shipped immediately WITHOUT ANY DELAY.

The seller is deliberately trying to delay the shipping of my order of Vivo X60. The picture proof of the incident has been attached.

Flashtech Retail, if you guys are listening, I want my order ASAP. STOP DELAYING MY ORDER DELIBERATELY.

I have bought vivo Y53s (Deep Sea Blue, 128 GB) (8 GB RAM). Within 7 days the phone screen is not working. When i place for return request they rejected since it's crossed 7 days. On 8th day i have placed for return/replacement through Flipkart. But i haven't received any call from Flipkart or seller. So, i request you to kindly consider this on priority and refund the full amount. I don't need replacement since i don't trust this seller.

I'd ordered a Mobile phone on 21st May 2021 through Flipkart. Its been 7days now but still the product has not been packed and shipped. How much does it take to pack and ship. If the order is delayed in packing and shipping only, it has to be delayed in the delivery. Its such a disheartening and disappointing experience.
