I purchased a Tommy Hilfiger Watch from Myntra. Instead of watch they sent me a face wash. I complained them regarding the same and told them to replace the product and send me the original product. But they could not solve the issue. Later on I asked for complete refund and issue is still under process and with the way they are behaving, high chance of not getting resolving the issue in a timely manner. I checked that the seller was Flashtech Retail and searched for the company online and found many complaints from customers having bad experience from the same supplier. Myntra needs to verify their suppliers and protect customers. They are not taking steps to protect their customers. Was this information helpful? |
