Flatworld Rewards — Order # 38319 not delivered yet

Hi,
I have ordered a swiss military luxury collection black laptop bag as a promotion from HDFC @ inr2750 on 8th september-2010 which they confirmed as new order and gave me order id# 38319 and never delivered even after mentioning that it will be delivered in 21 working days.

Upon my continuous emails to [protected]@flatworldrewards.com and to all i got from them is complete silence (No reply).
