I placed an order for Havells Nose & Ear Hair Trimmer on 23rd Jan 2023 as this site was recommended by HDFC bank while claiming your rewards. I have made the payment as well online but to date, I haven't received the product. I have only received a reply that it will get delivered in 3-5 working days. I have emailed their customer email id - [protected]@flatworldrewards.com multiple times but no reply and no response from the team.

It looks like a fraud company does not bother to reply to customers once you pay them. Ideally, HDFC should ban this kind of reward companies and not to promote them on their official website.

Placed order for several products on 19th Feb and full payment made .The link was provided through HDFC website when I made a transaction, No number to call Flatworld rewards either and they are not responding.

This appears to be a bogus site and HDFC is promoting this. The responsibility should now rest with HDFC .

After seeing so many people going through the same I am amazed HDFC still has their link in their website

Has any one got the products eventually?

I have Order some items thru Flatworld Rewards ecommerce site which is suggested by HDFC bank, since twenty days I didn't receive any item, meanwhile 3 times I used to get SMS that I'll be receiving the items by today, but nobody comes or contact. Now the tracking shows that I'm not available and it gone to be RTO.

I have ordered products from flatworldrewards site which is redirected through HDFC net banking offers section.
There is no cancellation option, 1st mail responded and said product dispatch time 21days. After that no mail responding, not able to log in with my created mail I have ordered screenshots and everything my order 3395/-.

I have ordered a Smart Flask By Tanz With LED Temperature Display through a e-commerce website Flatworld Rewards on 5th November, 2022 and the payment of rs 475.00 was done through @payu.in and my transaction ID is 175269_221105:29 but till date niether I have received the product nor got a refund of it. Ordered a Swiss Army bag on flatworld rewards website. I visited their page through recommendation from the HDFC Bank's rewards page. Order details-

Their contact numbers are dead and I have not got a single reply from them on email whenever I have followed up for the order. Clearly, they are running a scam and need to be reported to the Police. Can this forum kindly assist with the same?

Unfortunately I have ordered Pebble watches for Rs.7097 through HDFC promotion with order number 5054. There is no reply or response from Flat rewards and also customer care number is not working. I have sent emails as well. It is my hard earned money and I am very afraid that I have lost them. Flat rewards/HDFC bank should resolved this and help to get my refund or my watches delivered asap.

I had placed order for Skull Candy wireless ear buds on 23rd Feb (Invoice number - 11581) on Flatworld rewards site. I received the Flatword rewards link through HDFC Bank.

I am yet to receive the product inspite of multiple mail follow-up with them. Their contact number does not exist. For every 2 follow-up mail they respond once with same message that product will be delivered in next 7-10 days and its been more than 2 months now and no sight if the product will be delivered.

They are not even bothered to respond to request for refunding the amount. This is fraud.

The above is the detail of my Purchase. I purchased earphones from Flatworld rewards to claim the rewards points earned from HDFC bank transactions. But the purchased item was not delivered to me.

Paid through HDFC online for an offer of skullcandy brand ear buds - through an AD hosted by HDFC - No reply from the flatworld... mails sent to three of its mail id bounced back..

Purchased JBL speaker on 18/03/2022 and made online payment of 3149. It is a fraud website with HDFC logo which is misleading people.

Its been more than a month, the product has not been delivered nor has the company returned the money.

I want the company to refund my amount.

I have emailed to the customer support ([protected]@offers.flatworldrewards.com), called the phone number given in website ( +[protected]‬) but got no response. Email was bounced back & the given phone number is always switched off. I feel cheated. The only reason I placed the order with flat rewards was because the email was through HDFC.
Concerned authority, please resolve the issue & immediately intervene since your reputation is at stake.

I have ordered JBL-Infinity Tranz 300 Wireless Sweatproof Earphones with Mic & Order #58418] (March 2, 2022). I have received an email stating that it will be delivered within 21 days and the status of the dispatch will be intimated through SMS or email. Also they sent an Invoice No.11614 dt.02.03.2022 for the above product. If they are prompt of sending invoice why can't they respond to the mail or follow the order placed by the customer?

It is very ridiculous to state that the given customer no. never works and no response for the email sent to their id given in their website. Placed order trusting HDFC that it wont' entertain the fraudulent transactions. Very sad to inform here that this Flatworld Rewards .com is cheating the people and looting the money.
