I had purchased JBL- Infinity Tranz 300 Wireless Sweatproof earphones with mic on 21st September 2020. (order no #39339)

I had placed the order through HDFC bank mobile app - offers.

I have not yet received the item in spite of expiry of 14 business days. There is no way to check the status of delivery. Their helpline number [protected] is unavailable.
