Flex enterprise situated in aurangabad made an agreement without my permission.
They took my signature and aadhar card. After making agreement, they told me if i would not be able to do work they will take legal action against me and they will file a case.
I completed my work and submitted it and i was sure that i was accurate but after the report was issued it showed that i had less than 90% accuracy out of the 1500 forms, it made me suspicious as i’m pretty sure i did not make many errors, they immediately filed a case on me the next day and started threatening me making calls and mailing me saying that i have to report in the court if the money has not been paid.
They are demanding me a lot of money to cancel the contract and they have already stolen 38000₹ from me for cancelling my contract and account extension.
Please solve my issue as soon as possible, i am working in a small company and my salary is also very less that's way i wanted to earn some money from a part time job but these people are cheating and scamming people like us, spoiling our lives.
