[Resolved]  Flex Enterprise — blackmail,mental torture..

Hi. I had applied for part time jobs online (quikr) at the beginning of the month of July – 2019. I got a call on[protected] about a data entry job from “Flex Enterprise”. I was interested in the job so I proceeded with the formalities as they asked me for my aadhar card to process my login details. I gave it to them through whatsapp and the sent me an application to download in whatsapp which I downloaded and I completed the steps to register. I then got a deed in my mail about this work with my signature on it which I signed on. I started the work on the 15th of July 2019 when I got my login details and completed it within the given time period and even checked it all again and submitted it on the 25th of July 2019. On the 29th of July 2019 I received a mail from a person named Arush Shukla saying that a legal notice has been sent to my address saying that I cancelled the agreement within the mentioned time period and I am supposed to pay the fees for that. I logged into my account and saw a message that my QC was failed. I checked for mistakes and most of them were double spaces entered in place of one, which I am sure I never entered. I immediately tried calling the mobile number that was listed in the mail id for which the number as switched off. I replied to the mail asking about it and he said that my QC was failed so I have to pay an amount of Rs. 4500/-. Since that amount was mentioned before in the deed I didn’t ask any question and I paid Rs. 4500/-.I shared the details to that respective person for which he replied that I have to send a mail in a format he mentioned such that I have paid the fees and I have no objection in future towards the company. I sent that as he asked and after that he brought up the procedure saying that the deed was for 11 months and I had to cancel that legal bond if I didn’t wish to continue. I didn’t want to continue as I felt there was forgery in the forms that I submitted. So I asked him for the procedure for the same, for which he said that I have to pay Rs. 15500/- in order to cancel it or else pay Rs. 25500/- to continue. I again called him on his mobile for which he said that I had to pay Rs. 15500/- to cancel the deed . I asked him that it wasn’t mentioned in the deed of any extra fees, for which he said that I will have to pay that amount or else I should come to court to face the legal charges and that was the last amount and they will process my documents to cancel the deed . I didn’t know what to do and so I made the money ready and paid him. Again he asked me to send the same mail that have paid the fees and I have no objection in future towards the company. I sent that too. He then asked me for a passport size photo and my signature on a blank paper. I told him that I will send it but didn’t. He again asked me to send the picture and signature and Rs. 10050/- as processing and document charges. When I asked about that he said that this was not company fees and it was for processing the cancellation of the legal deed. I called him and begged him that I couldn’t make that money ready and so please help me. He started to threaten me that I will have to go to the court there and clear the process and at that time I will have to pay 1lakh to 2lakh rupees. I got scared of that and made the money ready and made the payment. I begged him to try and finish it up with this amount. He told okay and called me again saying that the court fees to process the cancellation is Rs.45000/- and he asked and reduced it for my sake and made it Rs.30000/-. I pleaded with him that I don’t have the money so please consider but he again brought the topic that I can make the payment now or he can send me a legal notice and I would have to come to the court and again pay a big amount to complete the process and the money that I already paid will be void. I didn’t know what I should do and so I made the money ready and made the payment for which they sent me an NOC saying that I have paid them Rs. 60050/- dues and I don’t have any objection with the company. I am totally depressed and stressed . I joined the part time job as I was in need of some money to look after my family and now I am at a loss of Rs. 60050. Now after completing everything again that person is calling me and telling me that they have to send the hard copy courier and for that I have to pay. I told him first I don’t want any hard copy and for that he says that I should pay else I will get the legal notice tomorrow. I shouted at him saying that I don’t want the hard copy and he can send me the legal notice . Now again they called on 21st of August but I didnt attend then they sent me a mail saying that if i didnt pay the amount they will file a case against me. I did not reply for that too. Now again they are calling today on 28th of August and telling that my file was forwarded to delhi arbitrary and i have to visit there. I have already lost too much to these people and again they are torturing. Please help me regarding this issue.
