Flex Enterprise — fraud

I joined without understand with flex enterprise form filling . I have pressure to income some money . So I do that tensely . But now they want money because I agreement with them & want legal action, they want 4500 rs which I can't give. They have no an website & government trusted certificate & they worked me on unsecured website survey-report.us, today they call me if you can't give the money then go jail.
