[Resolved]  Flex Enterprises Aurangabad — fraud form filling job and demanding money

On 17th of july 2019, i got a call from flex enterprise about a form filling job that can be done through a laptop. His name was prince (+91 [protected]). The details are given below:
- 1500 forms will be given
- rs. 20/form
- 10 days duration
- if didn't complete or failed to achieve an accuracy of 90% (1350 correct forms out of 1500) rs. 4500 has to be paid to the company.

Also, an agreement was made by him stating their promise of providing rs. 30000/- after the completion.
I got the job on 18th. I started working. On the 28th morning, i submitted the work.
Yesterday i got the qc report of my work stating that i have failed in achieving the required accuracy. After studying the report, i found that the mistakes they found in my job are purely intentional to make me pay rs. 4500. I have the recording of the work done.
Today an advocate send me an email regarding the payment of rs. 4500 as their utility and maintenance charges.
After a search in https://www.consumercomplaints.in i found out so many complaints regarding the same.
Kindly take action against the organization and resolve the case.
Rs. 4500 is a large amount and i can't afford it.
So please do the needful.
