Dear sir,

I have made an order for the purchase of one realme 6 pro mobile set and the cost of the same i. E. Rs1999/- has already been made on line vide transaction id no.[protected] on 25.05.2020 at about 5:15 pm. Tracking id no [protected] was also provided.in this regard request was already made by mail, but till date neither any response of my mail not delivery of the product was made. It is therefore requested that either the product be supplied to me or cost of the mobile paid by me refunded to me at the earliest, please.
