Flipdeals.in — Regarding cheating of money for buying a mobile

I have ordered a mobile an amount of Rs -1799 & I have made payment of this transaction vide Transaction I'd No - T2202202150023436445603 which was made through phone pay and the payment was accepted through Razorpay Software Private .But the order is not showing in my order column it means they have cheated me .kindly help in this regard for refund of money.
