Flipkar — Not refunding my money from months

I ordered a t-shirt from flipkart like a month ago, and i cancelled the production on the day of delivery and now they are not refunding my money, they are saying me to wait next 48 hrs to get the resolution from last month.I have all the call recordings saved in my mobile in which they have assured me that you will get the refund in 24hrs and know its been more than a month.I really am frustrated with this kind of service.
