Flipkart Bathla Teletech Pvt Ltd — Used and demaged washing machine of 10 kg frontdoor wifi AI modelof ifb company product delivered

I ordered ifb front door fully automatic washing machine from flipkart and Bathla company send a used and demaged washing machine, having water inside the washing tub, screws missing on the body of washing machine, rust inside the tank, dent on body, locks broken, loose/ open drain pipe etc etc. I claimed return from flipkart but they treated like shuttle, from flipkart to ifb and ifb to flipkart, but no positive response. Flipkart and bathla cheated me. I have pictures and call recordings showing/ proving their cheating.
