I ordered few medicines on Flipkart health plus for the first time on 15th April . I got call several times from the verification team and explained the medicines, dosages etc. even though they are mentioned on the prescription. Then today evening I got sms saying my order was cancelled and was not provided any reason. Upon calling custom care, I was told that I am only allowed to reorder the medicine.
