Flipkart Health Plus — Regarding invoice

I uploaded two seperate prescription one of my father and another of my mother.I categorically reminded the executive that I require two seperate invoice against my two orders.They assured me as such and I was told that after verification of my prescription the same shall be done.After confirmation I intended to know the status of my invoice and found that there was a single order and I presumed that only single invoice shall be generated and therefore called the customer service for the factual position and found that I was correct.Flipkart health was neither ready to cancell my order nor ready to split the invoice in to two Repeatedly they say that it's not possible to do the either.This is a very embarassing situation and the executives are really very unhelpful and ignorant about the process.Very bad experience.
