Flipkart Pay Later — Late payment on my credit report despite paying on time. Reduced my credit score

My credit score is completely hampered because of Flipkart pay later. They have facility to make minimum payment and i did make that payment on time
Still it's showing late payment on my credit report. They need to fix this. For mere 3000 rs my credit score is ruined.
