Flipkart Pay Later Complaints & Reviews

When ever I use pay later emi option on flipkart, they confirm the order but cancel it soon as the product reaches nearby post office due to "seller technical issues". At this point it is re occurred several times and nothing has been done to resolve it other than apologies etc. If the pay later is a scam then why is it even provided in the website as an option. I want this option to be removed or atleast guaranteed.

My flipkart account was hacked and money got debited from my flipkart pay later amount of RS 9301on[protected] on 8.31Pm the person had paid bill of 9301 through my flipkart pay later account i have shared his recpit of paid bill

An issue that has affected my credit score due to the incorrect update of details on my Flipkart Pay Later account. I have been a loyal customer of Flipkart for several years and have always relied on Flipkart services for all my shopping needs. However, I am deeply disappointed with the way my Pay Later account has been handled, resulting in a negative impact on my credit score.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but this error has caused me a lot of inconvenience and financial loss.I Requested Flipkart Team to solve this issue 40 days before.
But Still i am not receive any Proper reply and updation from flipkart team

Made payment on time still showing late payment on credit report. Ruined my credit score, good thing I checked it right now or it would've kept reducing. How can they do this to customers.

All my payments are on time, my credit report says 3 late payments, HOW?

My credit score is completely hampered because of Flipkart pay later. They have facility to make minimum payment and i did make that payment on time
Still it's showing late payment on my credit report. They need to fix this. For mere 3000 rs my credit score is ruined.

I paid my Flipkart pay later bill of month may 2022 of amount ₹2050 on 1st June 2022. But it was showing that amount had not been paid in month of July 2022 and till now. I contacted several times to customer care team members regarding same but issue has not been resolved yet. After getting several calls from Flipkart pay later I paid same bill of amount ₹ 2400 on 13th August 2022 with penalty ₹350 which is not fare. After this both amounts that I paid on 1st June and 13th August, that had been refunded to my bank account. I again paid same bill on 19th Aug and 28th August. But after that I am getting several calls from Flipkart pay later that amount had not been paid which makes more irritated and wasting my valuable time. I also mailed to Flipkart and Flipkart pay later partner bank idfc as told by Flipkart customer care but no updation provided by them.

My name is javed. My february month 2020 outstanding bill amount 3897 rs. Due date is 10 march 2020 but i forgot payment and i have payment done 13th april 2020 bank of baroda upi 3897/- rs paid transaction id-s42669184. Then after recovery team call me and told me your outstainding amount is due and your payment amount has been not rececived, and i m asking i have payment done but executive he told me your payment has decline so your payment has refund 7-10 workind days so please your outstanding amount with late fees 4097/- rs.
So, i have paid 2nd time payment 4097/- paid by upi bank od baroda is date of payment 17th march 2020 transaction id s70220006.
I have contact to customer care but not proper answer and send mail 10th april 2020 but till date not reply.

So, asap refund my money.
