Flipkart/marq — Damage Product sell and no after service provided

Hi Team, I bought a AC from Flipkart a month ago of their parent company MarQ. after using the product of 15 days, it had a lot of issues with running of the product. it has a leakage issue, Cooling Issue and Display issue. Since, from the day, i've been trying to get the resolution for the product but nothing was done by MarQ and Flipkart.

There were a lost of household items by this product like the mattress of 8000 has been burst, Fire stick worth 4000 and my 1year old baby got electric shock by the leakage of the product. I was continuously calling MarQ for the complaint but nothing was done in the initial days. However, executive come to the place after 5 days of the incident and identified the same as it is. As nothing being done with the product.
Now, i need the product to be replaced and Compensatory amount from Flipkart for all the above damages. As it was life threatning for my baby due to this Product. Now, they are not responding on the emails which i'm sending on a daily basis.
