I did not make this cancellation request.the phone has just reached hardwar according to the tracking status on app and the customer support says that they have attempted delivery 3 times. how is that possible in 1day.The Delivery was only attempted once and the pickup boy refused to replace the product because it was broken. When the reason entered into the Flipkart replacement in the app was itself that it was broken which was approved by Flipkart. Still I have yet neither received any refund nor a replacement phone.the system itself has cancelled the return request. The customer executives are misbehaving disconnecting our calls blaming it on network issue and ekart executives have switched off their phones. The delivery has already been delayed by 2 days and now even my replacement period is over. I have been an old customer of Flipkart but never been so dissatisfied. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest. Else I would have no option but to file a complaint in the consumer court Was this information helpful? | |||||
