Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to file a formal complaint against Flora Sensation for failing to deliver a cake that I ordered on the 8th of August, 2024, for my mother’s birthday.
I placed the order on the same date and made a payment of Rs. 999 via UPI . Despite my repeated attempts to contact Flora Sensation through various means, there was no response, and the cake was never delivered.
This non-delivery has caused significant disappointment and inconvenience, as the cake was intended to be a crucial part of my mother's birthday celebration. I believe that Flora Sensation has breached the terms of service and consumer rights by failing to fulfill the order and neglecting to provide any assistance or refund.
Therefore, I request that Flora Sensation issue a full refund of Rs. 999 at the earliest. I also urge the court to take necessary action against the company for their negligence and poor customer service.
Attached to this letter are copies of the payment receipt, order confirmation, and any other relevant communication with Flora Sensation.
