I placed an order with Flora Sensations and paid ₹1199 online. My order (#52628) was cancelled by the company without my consent and is showing “Cancelled-NSDL” on the order tracking page. I ordered from the website I got an invoice but there's wasn't any delivery they didn't even informed me so I could arrange something else ruined the occasion. We have ordered a cake with flowers, etc and it costs us around 1486 rs but it got cancelled and they mentioned that refund will be credited in 10-15 days but it has not been credited yet and emails are also not delivering. Please refund the amount to the original payment mode as soon as possible or give us a number to call.
This is very weird service. If this won't happen, we won't be ordering more from this website....

I have ordered a cake and bouquet to deliver on 5th April 2026 at night but due to shortage of service they postponed the delivery so I cancelled the order immediately and now its been 12 days they have not refunded my money and they don't even respond to the mail I have mailed them several times and attached the bill as well also they don't provide their contact number on their website....

Later in the evening the mail came saying the order has been cancelled.
These desperate cheap mental attitude people don't know that they are digging their own graves & also their families.
