I had ordered a cake and a gift on 30April2026 for Rs 1198 ref[protected]. I received a mail the order is cancelled and will receive the refund within 10-15 days but still now I have not received the amount and no communication from the team....

On 10 may 2026 I placed an order of flower bouquet of Rs.549 on same day delivery. But not delivered it till date.
Next day email has been done but no response. Several reminders placed no solution.

Kindly help to provide my refund of Rs.549....

I have ordered a cake and bouquet to deliver on 5th April 2026 at night but due to shortage of service they postponed the delivery so I cancelled the order immediately and now its been 12 days they have not refunded my money and they don't even respond to the mail I have mailed them several times and attached the bill as well also they don't provide their contact number on their website....

It's been more than 15 days and I have not received my refund yet.

Received an email reg the conformation of the same.
Later in the evening the mail came saying the order has been cancelled.
These desperate cheap mental attitude people don't know that they are digging their own graves & also their families.

This is a fraud website they don't deliver the cake after the payment is made. I have reported their link on Google also... don't know y still no action is taken so many people have reported that they are fraud. Yes it's fraud they have also not refunded me 1299 rs...

I had ordered a half kg red velvet cheesecake [Order #20853] on March 6, 2025 for Rupees 599 which on discount was rupees 549. I am formally lodging a complaint regarding the lack of communication and failure to issue a refund for my cancelled order.
On 5/11/2024, I placed an order for a cake and received an order confirmation email with order number 14804. Shortly thereafter, I received another email informing me that my order had been cancelled and that a refund would be initiated within 10-15 days. However, it has now been well beyond that timeframe, and I have yet to receive my refund.
Despite my attempts to reach out via email, I have received no response or acknowledgment of my concerns. This lack of communication and failure to process my refund is unacceptable and has caused me considerable frustration.

I'm ordered cake online through flora sensation website for a special occasion also i made payment earlier but till now I didn't receive my order. They send me a confirmation mail continue with processing mail finally they declare that we couldn't deliver your product because your location is so far from our seller.

Then I don't know why they mention that we deliver across India within 2 hours. They should be blocked and restricted because hereafter no one can affect by them.

Kindly I request your goodselves to provide solution about my concern and do the needful.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the cancellation of the flower order on 07/09/2024 and the subsequent delay in refunding the amount paid. Despite my several emaisl and explicit request for a prompt response, company has failed to provide a resolution or even acknowledge my concerns.

I ordered a cake and I got a confirmation email. Next day it got cancelled and they said the cash will be refunded within 10 days. And since then there is no refund or reply to emails

1kg creamy choco chip cake order was placed on 24th august however, nothing received yet. I sent email request on their website raising complaint still no response yet. So found it is a fake and scam website.

I have ordered birthday cake and few other items on 18th April 2024, order got canceled on 20th April 2024.
I am still waiting for refund, No reply for my email's also.
Looks like this is a fake company they never refund the amount.

I have ordered cake and flowers which was supposed to be delivered to pune but right after 2 hours of placing the order I got a mail that my order has been cancelled and I will get the refund in next 15-20 days but it is almost 25 days and I haven’t received my refund yet.
