I placed an order with Flora Sensations on[protected]Order ID: 32601) for a cake to be delivered on[protected], 12 p.m to 4 p.m slot.
However, I have not yet received the order, and there has been no update or communication regarding the delay.

This has caused inconvenience as the cake was meant for a special occasion....

This is a fraud website they don't deliver the cake after the payment is made. I have reported their link on Google also... don't know y still no action is taken so many people have reported that they are fraud. Yes it's fraud they have also not refunded me 1299 rs...

I had ordered a half kg red velvet cheesecake [Order #20853] on March 6, 2025 for Rupees 599 which on discount was rupees 549. It was free shipping l, payment mode was DC and payment method was PayUBiz. The order was cancelled the next day due to delivery problems and the money was said to be refunded by 3 to 4 working days but I've still not received it after 21 days.

I want my refund as soon as possible....

I want to raise a grievance against Flora Sensations, a company which claims to deliver flowers, cakes and gifts online.

I have placed order two orders on 8th Feb 2025, with reference to order no. 19256 & 19270. However, the order was cancelled on the same day stating that it cannot be delivered stating that they had problems with delivery to the said address. & will receive the refund within 10-15 workings days but...

I have ordered a cake on 16 oct and then got a mail order is cancelled as our sellers are yoo far from ir location and they said will get my refund within 10-15 working days but didn't got my refund and not replying to my mails......

Ordered a birthday cake on 1/9/2024 from Flora Sensations website Order: #13652.
Got a cancellation mail from them as

But no rer hs received even after 20 days

Since I'm waiting from aug 28th.. no refund has been made.. fraud company... Kindly refund my amount in a week

I'm ordered cake online through flora sensation website for a special occasion also i made payment earlier but till now I didn't receive my order. They send me a confirmation mail continue with processing mail finally they declare that we couldn't deliver your product because your location is so far from our seller.

Then I don't know why they mention that we deliver across India within 2 hours. They...

I ordered a cake and I got a confirmation email. Next day it got cancelled and they said the cash will be refunded within 10 days. And since then there is no refund or reply to emails...

I ordered a cake on 12th july 2024 of Rs 850 having Order id 11793. They cancelled my order at the last moment and saying that the seller is too far and are unable to deliver the cake. They will return the amount within 10 to 15 working days. But Almost one month is past and they didn't refund the money. I thought the company is fraud and looting the people.

Have ordered a cake on 7 July 2024 which was supposed to be delivered on 10 July 2024.But it was delivered and mail was send to me stating that order was cancelled and the refund will be made in 10-15 working days.I have sent multiple e- mails to their support mail id but didn't receive any response from their end.Its already more than 23 working days.If I am not receiving my refund back, I will be filing complaint in the consumer court regarding the same.

Ordered a cake on 22nd July 2024. They cancelled the order saying that the seller was situated far away and hence the order would not be delivered.

They sent a mail saying that the money would be refunded in 10 to 15 Woking days. Since then I have sent multiple mails but no response from their side.

They do not have a phone number listed on the website.
Strict action should be taken against such fraudsters

Placed order for a cake on 10th July'24 and did prepayment of 999 Rs, Flora sensations cancelled the order in an hour and sent an email that refund will be issued in 15 days.
Since then I'm following up with Flora sensations, neither refund came through nor their team is responding to any emails

I have made an order on the 19th June (#11235), it was a anniversary gift which has to be delivered on the 21st June. Exactly on the 21st June morning, I receive an email stating my order is cancelled. my amount Rs1699/- will be refunded within 10 to 15 working days. Not only you people spoiled the anniversary but failed to refund it even after a month. i have been sending multiple emails, but no response. they haven't even provided with a contact number also .Today it is 21st July. I request you to initiate the refund as soon as possible. my next step will be filing a case in consumer court.

after half day on checking about the order it came order cancelled.
Made payment also for that Transaction id : 10928_240609:63 on June 9th 2024, Rs949. Mail came as refund will be there 10-15 working days. Till today (June 25th ) no refund. there is no contact information. For mail also they does not reply. They have sent payment confirmation, Order confirmation, Order cancelled. Today is 18th day which my refund they have not given, sharing the screenshot of the order which was cancelled on there website page.

I have ordered an anniversary cake and bouquet on 19th June, 2024 at 06.00 pm to be delivered on the same day. At 09:36 pm I sent them a mail asking for the update on order. They have provided only mail service for any kind of communication, for which they replied on 1:01 am, the next day, asking for next day delivery. This is highly outrageous as sending something on someone's special day is important not the day after. Please report this...

I had placed my order on May 22nd and the order got cancelled the same day with an email saying the refund will be provided in 10-15 working days.
