I am formally lodging a complaint regarding the lack of communication and failure to issue a refund for my cancelled order.
On 5/11/2024, I placed an order for a cake and received an order confirmation email with order number 14804. Shortly thereafter, I received another email informing me that my order had been cancelled and that a refund would be initiated within 10-15 days. However, it has now been well beyond that timeframe, and I have yet to receive my refund.
Despite my attempts to reach out via email, I have received no response or acknowledgment of my concerns. This lack of communication and failure to process my refund is unacceptable and has caused me considerable frustration.
I kindly request that you address this issue promptly and ensure that my refund is processed without further delay. I would appreciate a response to this complaint at your earliest convenience.
