Soumya Biradar from Bangalore ordered a flower bouquet from FloraEx, an online store that guarantees same day delivery. The order was to Gulbarga on mother's day. Flowers to Gulbarga failed to deliver on the specified time. I gave a call to them around at 10AM I was told that they are going to deliver it in 2hrs. After two hrs I tried calling them again, all numbers were switched off. I dint find any other way to contact them.
Til now they have not refunded my money and not responding to any of my calls or mails.
