Florist Xpress — my order is not delivered nor I received any refund | |||
I ordered a flower product from this site on 7th feb 19 for same day delivery : Service provider site: https://floristxpress.com/ Their contact number: +[protected] Email id : [protected]@floristxpress.com Order id: 16797 I ordered the product on 7th feb19 for same day delivery but till now it is not delivered. I tried to contact on customer number shared but it is not working. Also no response on emails i sent on regular basis. They are not responding at all. I aldo dropped mesages on their fcebook profile but still no response from there as well. Even they delete my messages from there after some 2-3 days and are not responding at all. No refund has been done yet. If i try to check the status of the order in their website ti shows : preparation in progress. I tried all ways to get refund but nothing is working. Please help and get me refund for same. Attached is the order status appearing on site. Request you to take strict action against them. They never contacted the recipient person for delivery so far. I noticed they have removed their address from their fraud website. Please help Was this information helpful? | |||
