[Resolved]  Floweaura — Product not delivered by floweaura

I paid 699/- through debit card on 02/02/2022 regarding an online order of a gift item from floweraura. The said item is supposed to be delivered on 08/02/2022 but until it is not delivered. While tracking it is seen that the shipment is in Delhi as per attached tracking statement of delivery partner assigned by floweraura.
I want to know why the shipment has not been delivered yet and what went wrong.
