I paid 699/- through debit card on 02/02/2022 regarding an online order of a gift item from floweraura. The said item is supposed to be delivered on 08/02/2022 but until it is not delivered till now. While tracking it is seen that the shipment is in Biaspur as per attached tracking statement of delivery partner assigned by floweraura. I tried to contact floweraura through mail. They replied that they have assigned a new delivery partner and they apologized for the delay. I want to know why the shipment has not been delivered yet and what went wrong.
