Hi,
Order Id: 5749152 I ordered two weeks before any you missed to deliver the teddy and my wife received it late and you apologised.
today I ordered Order Id: 5776741. You missed to deliver rose ?
What is the suprise then ? I am from Germany and ordered to give my wife a suprise.
Please dont apologise again. Same mistake everytime. Better refund the amount. Because what is the use delivering the roses after one or two days . No suprise at all.
Very bad experience. I am deleting my account after receiving your response.
