Dear Flower Aura,

I did not receive this order, yet the emails indicate that it has been delivered. This discrepancy raises serious concerns, and I can’t help but feel that I am being misled. It feels like a broad daylight robbery, which is absolutely unacceptable.

As a customer, I expect honesty and transparency from your service. Instead, I am faced with frustration and confusion regarding my order status. This lack of accountability not only affects my trust in your company but also reflects poorly on your business practices.

I urge you to provide a clear and immediate explanation of what is happening with my order and to rectify this situation as soon as possible.

Why are you lying blatantly when the delivery of the apologetic bouquet has still not arrived at my house? The screenshot below states that it has been delivered, but it has not been received.
This is absolutely ridiculous. I am done with this situation and feel compelled to return to consumer court to file a case against FlowerAura for cheating. I intend to recover all the money I have lost, including any court fees, along with additional compensation for the continuous lies communicated through emails and WhatsApp messages.

Please refer to the email trails below. Despite my repeated attempts to communicate, there is still no clarity on the actions being taken by FlowerAura. This ongoing lack of communication and resolution reflects a significant failure in the florist industry. As a customer, I expect transparency and accountability, but my experience has been far from satisfactory. It’s disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism in handling customer concerns.

Dear Floweraura,

For my order number 7804014, I am escalating this issue to your higher management and will also expose FlowerAura on social media to ensure that this does not happen to other customers, at least in Mysore. I will make sure that FlowerAura's reputation is tarnished, as you promised to send chocolates, but the chocolates delivered were only worth 10 rupees, which does not match the 1, 895 rupees I paid.

I received my Order 7804014, but it only contained 23 flowers, while the description on the website indicates otherwise. Please see the screenshot below.

To my surprise, I again received very old flowers that are not fresh, contrary to what was described in the picture on the website. Please see the attached image below.images for your reference as received.This was our wedding anniversary, and we received such disappointing deliveries.

If I do not hear from FlowerAura by tomorrow morning at 10 AM, I will take this matter to consumer court regarding this repeated issue. I will seek compensation for all related court costs and damages.

We ordered for a teddy and chocolate bouquet along with a personalized frame worth around 3000/-
1. They delivered a stupid spilled broken cake which we never ordered.
2. When I am trying to reach them their number is always busy.
3. When I messaged in their whatsapp, they said the order is being delivered already.

It is such a fraud company. Never order anything from here.

We had received wrong cake in Mother's day.
Such a special day spoiled because of these people.
They had given wrong cake, a chocolate cake not even worth 200 bucks from local shop. I had spent 999 on that.
Now after uploading the pics and videos they are saying they will give 200 cash points.

I have ordered product on 13th feb 2023. The product was not delivered mentioning out of stock. However, I have not received refund and vendor is not responding properly.

I have ordered product on Floweraura on 13th feb 2023. The product was supposed to be received on 14th feb but did not receive. I got a mail from the vendor saying the product is out of stock. However when I asked for refund, I am.not getting response.

I had ordered a birthday cake through them. The box in which the cake came was damaged and the tape was not stuck properly. The name was all erased off

This above order was placed on 10th August 2022 for 12 August delivery on occasion for Rakhi that was supposed to be delivered between 9 am to 12 pm by 12 th August but order never got delivered and no one on customer care answers calls or reply to WhatsApp or email... I got tired contacting them now I want to get refund and my Rakhi day was ruined.

I ordered for rakhi items to be delivered to Kolkata by 10th August worth 1800 from Hyderabad. My customer ID is 6509719.
The product hasn't reached, no status update and the shop at flower aura kolkata informed that they haven't received any product for delivery yet.
This is unacceptable and a big cheating . I will go the consumer court and lodge a serious complaint if fraud and cheating against you all. I had been your regular customer for last 3 yrs and this kind of behavior is not acceptable

My order no - 6414691 was expected to deliver between 9 to 14 hrs on 28/06/2022 but got the delivery at 5 : 00 hrs evening with a damaged cake without design and with no message or card in it regarding the anniversary wishes. Need my money back for this disgusting waste cake you sent to me.

I have ordered 4 items to be delivered in panchkula today i.e., 14/02/2022. First of all, there was total 4 items but floweraura delivered only 3, one rose and farrero bouquet was missing and secondly i have ordered set of 3 bamboo plants with “I” “love” “you” written in them, but they have only delivered single bamboo plant.

I had order Anniversary gift for aged couple on 14th feb 2022 but the order is not delivered. My product no is 6090336.

I have ordered one plant and chocolate from floweraura on Feb 2nd and estimated delivery is showing 7th Feb. But today is 12th Feb still my order not delivered. I called 7-8 times to customer service but every day they are giving one one day new delivery date. It's has been more than 5 days not seeing any progress

I made a huge mistake by placing an order via this unknown app. I ordered 5 products out of which 3 products were damaged and one wasn't delivered on time. I reached out to their team but they are not bothered at all. There is no way we can cancel the order or request for a refund via dis app. I kept texting dm on WhatsApp but no revert. I strongly disfavour and against this app. Plz don't use dis app i[censored] want to place an order for ur loved ones n don't want it to b ruined.

They sent me a dead plant. A shoot without roots in a pot. Also they told they will be refunding. Now they are saying they are only issuing only apology. My money is all wasted

Dead plant delivered without root. They took 1000 rs from me to deliver just a shoot in a soil pot.

My friend ordered me a bonsai plant. I won't be available to receive the order. Flower aura is not cancelling my order although there are 5 more days left. It says it reached headquarters in Gurgaon and tracking id has been issued. I do not care about it. Since there are 5 days I just need my order to get cancelled and get the refund. Delivery is on 20th Dec. So kindly let them cancel the order. They can't force us to take it moreover, no one will be available to take. My order id 5932849.

What is the suprise then ? I am from Germany and ordered to give my wife a suprise.

Please dont apologise again. Same mistake everytime. Better refund the amount. Because what is the use delivering the roses after one or two days . No suprise at all.

My cake arrived damaged and spoiled the occasion, I have no remedy because the cake was not handled properly by your inexperienced staff, or you do not provide proper safety gear to the delivery staff. It is a very embarrassing situation for me to see the condition of the cake. Now I have no remedy rather for “Flower Aura making money by delivering damage cake”.
Overall, I’ll rate your service is very terrible as you do not follow the instructions given while booking. You have lot of steps before making the final payment. But my question is whether your staff are trained to correctly follow the orders? To my understanding and experience a big NO. On 31.01.2020 I have ordered a cake for my son birthday which was badly damage (Image attached). Fearing that not to be repeated I have given special instruction to handle carefully but what was feared happened the same.
Rather making money focus first on from the customer end for quality and delivery. The last cake ordered is my last cake from Flower Aura.I will not be ordering anymore and too wont be recommending any one as your service quality is worst !!!

Order No. 5719649..Poor CRM Customer Relationship Management and total indifference and lack of ethics..

It has to deliver on 23rd August, but It's already 4days completed. Still not delivered not got money. No mesaage or no further details.

I had ordered two gifts to be sent to 2 different locations for the occasion of Rakshabandhan. But one of them didn't even reach on time and when complaint for the same, I didn't even get a timely response. And when it did get delivered after a delay of 2 days, the product quality was pathetic, even the size of the rakhi was so small that it won't even fit the wrist of a child. The other one did reach before the occasion but to my surprise a completely different product was in the package. Had ordered a set of 3 rakhis, but was delivered only one and too of a completely different design. Pathetic quality. And when complaining for the same, they don't even reply. I believe this site should be brought down otherwise they will keep scamming many more people.

Flower aura is playing with emotion of the people. The firm is committing to deliver the order before ordering after order they have no proper response.

Flower aura had committed to deliver morning 22nd of august on the date of rakhi. But it failed to deliver till 23rd of august. I have tray to contact it. It customer service no. Not available
No proper arrangement to track the delivery or contact to delivery person
No customer care no. On his website.

After several search I have found WhatsApp but their is no response they are only showing they having service tool but actually they are making us full. Through WhatsApp I have got contact no. [protected]. After contacting they have not accepting there fault. They are talking like that they have not responsibility to delivery the order on due time. They are cheeting and making fool to enosence customer.

They have failed to deliver the order nither accepting it nor cancelling the order.

I ordered 2rakhi and one Rakhi combo..2rakhis different what I ordered and in Rakhi combo I got only plant no Rakhi or chocolates..when I complaint he send me one Rakhi which also different..it's not right..I ordered many years from this site but not now..waist money

My order was delivery to be do e on 21st aug for 2 rakhis, till now no sign of my rakhi to my brother, the occasion spoiled, on contact you get auto generated mails that complaint us registered but no response. Pathetic frauds, other people later told me it's a fraud company

I ordered a Rakhi with Cake. Delivery date is 22-8-21 and Time slot was 9 to 12. But it is not delivered yet. Fake site.

I ordered Rakhi and sweets and they said to deliver within 2hours and there is till also 24hours yet and payment is done. They have very poor service and no contact details directly. Very disappointed with them. Never recommend to order from them to anyone.
