I made a huge mistake by placing an order via this unknown app. I ordered 5 products out of which 3 products were damaged and one wasn't delivered on time. I reached out to their team but they are not bothered at all. There is no way we can cancel the order or request for a refund via dis app. I kept texting dm on WhatsApp but no revert.
