I had ordered same day delivery gifts through site and they delayed it and couldn't deliver it on that day. Next day we emailed to cancel the order then they forcefully delivered the gifts and then were not ready to refund and kept lying taht we refused ti take it. After lots of emails now they want to give coupons of the same site, which we refuse to take and the money they say they can't refund not sure for what reasons.

Full description of the incident with proofs

I am the one who was suppose to receive the order in bengaluru.

I am attaching few screenshots and phone audio recordings, which clearly proves that delivery was totally delayed from your side.

So screenshot 1 clearly mentions that delivery slot is between 09:00 - 19:00 on[protected], if you really mean what to convey to your customers then delivery should have been between this slot.

It was a office address and it gets over by 6 pm and i stayed back till 7 pm to collect my gift.

So now check screenshot 2 and 3 which shows what time delivery boy called me, which is already beyond 7 pm.

That time also he was not near to my office and was at kormangala, you can check easily how much time it takes to reach my office from koramangala in the evening time. Aprrox 2 hours

This thing you can listen in the audio recording which he clearly says where is he currently.

So for a lady who has already waited 1 hour extra can't keep waiting for 2 hour more that too when it is delayed from your side.

Also in this case i asked the delivery boy to deliver it to my home which is just 5 kms away and will take only 10 more mins, delivery boy very stringently denied, this also you can listen in audio recording 2

Next day morning when it was already emailed to cancel the order, it was forcefully sent to my office.

They should have informed the delivery boy on time that we have cancelled the order, they should not come to deliver.

I was not in office that day and that was planned before.

We don't want coupon, we need money refunded to original mode of payment.
