I have ordered a cake in floweraura for 20:00 to 22:00 hour time slot. Since the time already delayed by 30 mins, I have called the customer care agent 2 times. Both the times they told that the delivery person is not picking the call. There is no other response provided. This looks like cheating the customer as the payment was made already. I have tried in chat, that is also of no use. The customer care guy told that he will check with the shop, he didnt respond anything even after 10 mins.
