Flower Aura — Payment was not acknowledged, despite of the money transfer, payment receipt was denied

I ordered a plant and cake onJuly 01 from Flower aura, chandigarh. An amount of 1462 was deducted from my account.I shared the payment details.I confirmed from the bank regarding the transfer but flower aura dint acknowledge the receipt of the money and said order is not complete.
