My order number is 2729645, while booking the timeslot it shown as 9am to 7PM. I booked one cake to deliver to guntur. I requested them multiple times to deliver it before 5PM. I called so many times and they were keep on saying cake is out for deliver every time. From 3PM to 5 PM they were saying cake is out for delivery. Gutur is a small town and can travel anywhere within 30 mins. They won't deliver cake before 7PM . There service is very bad and no update from executives.
