On 19th October I ordered a combo cake and Fengshui plant. Delivery was on time but the product was not the same as ordered. The cake was not handled carefully, the damaged cake was found in the box and instead of Fengshui plant, they provided some other dead plant. Not at all acceptable, if the product was not available the company should have sent an email to me asking for option. I think so you guys just make money by playing with others emotions. I raised my concern to the team, various email sent they only know to say sorry for the inconvenience. I tried my best to replace the product. Customer service Rohit, Kumar, Rashid confirmed 100% that 21st morning they will arrange same Fengshui plant to deliver. I ended my conversation hoping that it will be done. Surprisingly nothing was done, again I have to follow up but no one was ready to assist. I had a chat with Emraan he took my details and promise that the team is working to resolve. A day went off and no replacement is done. Such poor service. Below find pictures on a website of floweraura and also find the picture of product delivered.
