I ordered for rakhi items to be delivered to Kolkata by 10th August worth 1800 from Hyderabad. My customer ID is 6509719.
The product hasn't reached, no status update and the shop at flower aura kolkata informed that they haven't received any product for delivery yet.
This is unacceptable and a big cheating . I will go the consumer court and lodge a serious complaint if fraud and cheating against you all. I had been your regular customer for last 3 yrs and this kind of behavior is not acceptable Was this information helpful? |
