I had ordered two gifts to be sent to 2 different locations for the occasion of Rakshabandhan. But one of them didn't even reach on time and when complaint for the same, I didn't even get a timely response. And when it did get delivered after a delay of 2 days, the product quality was pathetic, even the size of the rakhi was so small that it won't even fit the wrist of a child. The other one did reach before the occasion but to my surprise a completely different product was in the package. Had ordered a set of 3 rakhis, but was delivered only one and too of a completely different design. Pathetic quality. And when complaining for the same, they don't even reply. I believe this site should be brought down otherwise they will keep scamming many more people. Was this information helpful? |
